Oleksandr Bulayenko

Oleksandr Bulayenko is associated researcher at the Institute for Information Law (IViR), University of Amsterdam and researcher and education & scientific coordinator at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), University of Strasbourg. His research focuses on copyright law, in particular on copyright collective licensing, artificial intelligence, and online copyright enforcement, including intermediary liability. 

He is a board member of the European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN) and of the EIPIN Innovation Society (EIPIN IS) European Joint Doctorate in Intellectual Property Law and Innovation, and is responsible for the organisation of the WIPO/CEIPI/INPI Advanced Training Course on Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer and Licensing.
