Ingmar Pastak
Ingmar Pastak is a PhD Candidate and Junior Researcher in Urban Geography at the Department of Geography, University of Tartu, Estonia. He has worked in several international and interdisciplinary research projects at the intersection of urban studies and urban planning. His PhD research focuses on the residential and commercial aspects of gentrification of post-industrial neighbourhoods and displacement pressure caused by revitalisation and gentrification. His current research includes youth inequalities in housing and labour market, spatial patterns and digitalisation of creative industries, and smart city innovations in housing sector.
