Marta Iljadica
Marta Iljadica holds degrees in economics and law from the University of Sydney and a PhD from King’s College London. She is Lecturer in Intellectual Property at the University of Glasgow researching within (the intersection of) intellectual property and real property law in particular copyright law, creativity, and non-legal norms.
Her current research projects engage with the impact of copyright law on citizen journalism, freedom of panorama and architecture. Dr Iljadica’s monograph on UK copyright law and graffiti norms, Copyright Beyond Law: Regulating Creativity in the Graffiti Subculture was published by Hart in late 2016.
