Giulia Dore
Giulia Dore is a post-doc Research Fellow at the University of Trento, Faculty of Law, where she teaches Copyright law and Art. She holds a Ph.D. in Comparative and European Legal Studies (Doctor Europaeus) and has an extensive international experience, particularly in the UK and the USA.
Her research interests include the interplay of social and legal norms in the background of intellectual property rights, the legal framework of arts particularly in copyright, the impact of digitization on Galleries Libraries Archives Museums (GLAM) and cultural heritage, and the advance of Open Science. Giulia is a member of Fondation pour le droit de l’art (FDA) and of Institute of Art & Law (IAL).
