Denise Amram is currently an affiliate researcher at LIDER Lab, Dirpolis Institute at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, where she coordinates the Permanent Observatory on Personal Injury Damages and the research line ETHOS (EThics & law witH and fOr reSearch). She also serves as the Data Protection Officer at Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy).

Denise authored / co-authored ~80 publications in Italian, French, English, and Spanish, including a book and 2 co-editions.
Her research interests include Data Protection, Family Law, Tort Law in a national, supra-national, and comparative perspective.
In reCreating Europe she deals with the ethical-legal issues related to the project development under WP1.
